BODE accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage, one-of-a-kind, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our studio.
